A reception takes place before the start of treatment in our online studio and consists of 3 stages:

 

1. A detailed conversation includes interviewing the patient about his/her goal, illness, and the nature and duration of the current conditions.

 

2. Explaining to the patient the System of modern online Pilates and Cable training, the features of treatment, and the course of the training or recovery period.
