What does KinetiCa offer?


KinetiCa is a unique training system offering cable machine for home and commercial exercise studios. KinetiCa also offers online trainings that can be used with or without equipments.




Who is Marina?


Marina Goddu is the founder and inventor of KinetiCube. She is a lifelong athlete, instructor and studio owner for more than 20 years, physiotherapist and Certified Stott Pilates Instructor trainer. She developed KinetiCube to combine the best of Pilates with cable core and functional training.




Do I have to purchase a subscription?


KinetiCa for home comes with two type of suscribtions training programs. Vital Essentil offer subscription for workouts without equipment, Vital VIP plane offers training with and without Kinetica machine. Additional customized Virtual Private Sesions are available for purchase.




Can I try out the lessons before I purchase?


Yes, two weeks free for both plans of suscribtions and one Free Virtual Private Concultation are available here.




What is KinetiCube?


Created by KinetiCube Master Trainer and Owner Marina Goddu, the KinetiCube is a one-of-a-kind cable weight machine that combines functional training, Pilates and physio. KinetiCube Private and Group Classes are performed circuit-style and are ideal to help with rehabilitation, injury recovery, gaining strength, alleviating pain and improving overall fitness.




I have never done KinetiCa before - Is that a problem?


Not at all! We recommend you begin with three sessions per week and progress through your first program. This reduces risk of injury and ensures you get the one-to-one attention that you may need. Most users add and vary workouts once they feel comfortable.




Can I refer a friend to KinetiCa?


Yes, we would love you to! If you refer a friend who purchases a KinetiCa or KinetiCube machine, we will reward you with $200 toward future KinetiCa Machine purchases or 6 months free suscribtion.




What promotions do you offer for new clients?

How do I know which level of KinetiCa class to choose?


All the workouts on our site are marked as Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced or All Levels. If you are new to KinetiCa or have not exercised regularly, please start with a Beginner level session. We recommend doing each class three or more times then move up as you feel stronger and improve.




How do I purchase your online workouts?


We offer Vertual Private Sessions which are sold individually and by suscribtions of 4 a month (once a week). Also two suscribtion s plans, including home exersise equipment Kinetica or without it. Collections will appear on our site in “WORKOUTS”, Full-Body home workouts or focused on an area of body or sports training. The Collections are build in “progress” of difficulty -- we recommend use Collection spesific for your needs to get the most out of Kinetica.




What heart rate should I have during KinetiCa sessions?


It depends on your fitness level. Our suggestion for all Kinetica users is not to exceed a heart rate of 140. For beginners we recommend 130.




What do I need to start my KinetiCa Workouts On Demand?


All you need to start is comfortable clothes and “grippy socks” or trainers to use "Vital Essentual" plan. Also a Pilates or yoga mat. As you advance some workouts will require simple props, like a chair, a rolled-up towel or Pilates circle. Futher you cam upgrate to Vital VIP and get Kinetica -Home Exersise equipment.

How long should I wait my for KinetiCa to arrive?


You need to expect 2-2.5 months to have it at your home or studio door.




How do I set up my KinetiCa?


KinetiCa comes with video and written instructions. It will need to be fastened securely to a wall so tools are required.




How do I learn to use my KinetiCa?


With your purchase of KinetiCa, you will receive a link with basic instructions how to start your first training. You will also be able to choose which programs are best suited for you: functional fitness, specific sports development, beginner Core/Plates and more.

KinetiCube Studio

How many spaces are available for each KinetiCube Studio class?


There are 8 stations in KinetiCube for Studio so a maximum of eight clients per KinetiCube class for Studio. (KinetiCube for Home is for one person.)




What revenues and return for KinetiCube can i expect for my studio


Every studio is different in how it markets and promotes new programs, but once introduced, KinetiCube can be used by up-yo-8 clients, many times per day. You can also conduct 1-1 classes.




How long should I wait my KinetiCube to arrive after my purchase?


You need to expect 2-2.5 months to have it at your studio door.




How to set-up KinetiCube?


KinetiCube Studio is a large (W2.5m x L3m x H2.3m) powder-coated steel frame with weights and pulleys. It is best assembled by knowledgeable local contractor and 2-3 stout workers. It will require wiring so electrical knowledge is also required. You can expect it to take a crew 4-6 hours to unpack and assemble.




How do I train my staff to be KinetiCube instructors?


Training your studio instructors is important, and easy.
We assume you have already hired certified personal trainers or group fitness instructors who are knowledgeable in anatomy and proper movement. We provide 9 hours (three 3-hour virtual sessions) of educational workshop ($300 US for each person) to train instructors in proper method and safe use, and give them the confidence to provide excellent KinetiCube training. How do I know which level of KinetiCube class to choose?


All of the KinetiCube classes are able to be customized to each person’s fitness and experience. For every station, you can adjust weights to add or decrease difficulty. Also, the rest between stations is 30 seconds – you can skip a station if you wish a longer rest.
