Welcome to our Pilates mat practice at home intermediate level page! This workout is designed for those who have already established a basic Pilates practice and are ready to take it to the next level. It consists of a series of exercises that challenge your strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Before you begin, make sure you have a comfortable and non-slippery mat. You may also want to have a set of small Pilates props such as a resistance band, a Pilates ball, and a block or a cushion.
