I have spent decades first as a competitive runner, then athletic coach, then fitness trainer, only to discover that the injuries of my youth started to cause more pain.
Added to that, my demanding career as a fitness trainer aggravated those injuries and now I was struggling to perform my work.
This sent me on a journey to discover how to actually fix my pain and how to train in a way that is effective, safe and restorative to the body.
That is when I discovered Pilates and its rehabilitative methods, and later combined all my knowledge to create my custom training system.
I have used this training system on many clients over the years with great results and now I am excited to offer it to you!

Diagnostics of posture and muscular balance
A. Free consultation
A reception takes place before the start of treatment in our online studio and consists of 3 stages:
1. A detailed conversation (History)includes interviewing the patient about his/her goal, illness, and the nature and duration of the current conditions.
2. Set a Goal
3. Explaining to the patient the System of modern online Pilates and Cable training, the features of treatment, and the course of the training or recovery period.
4 hours Assessment and education sessions comprising:
Information gathering of your fitness history, any injuries or chronic conditions, and other important bio and physiological data
Posture and Movement Assessments by Marina – on a Zoom video call in the privacy of your home or studio Marina will take you through a detailed review of your posture and basic movements. Marina will also make corrections to both posture and movements – and record this for you to playback and continue to learn on your own
Fitness Baseline by Marina: Using Zoom, Marina will guide you through a series of 18 basic moves to establish and measure the start of your 12-week fitness journey.
B. Assessments & leaning moves
Based on the DISCOVERY sessions, Marina will design a personalized, 12-week exercise program that will take you to the next level of fitness and enable you to meet your goals.
The program is delivered to you in a series of short, easy-to-follow videos. Marina provides simple instructions at the start of each one. They require only the most basic equipment. (E.g., mat, stretch bands, ball)

Marina will join you for an hour via Zoom halfway through your 12-week program. She can also be available should you wish to arrange additional time with her.
