Our Training Methods
Pilates
Did you know that Pilates was developed almost 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates for posture?
correction and rehabilitation? He believed (and then proved) that a neutral (or optimal) spine
alignment, healthy spine mobility, and flexibility, an aligned skeleton, and a strong core
are responsible for a healthy, pain-free body. To this day, the Pilates method is practiced close
to his original teachings and Pilates training is recommended by physiotherapists and doctors
worldwide as a next step in injury recovery and pain reduction.

for people forty-five years and older, will add strength, flexibility and balance, and enable you to
be your best self – for life!
As always, consult your physician or PT to make sure you are fit for exercise and stop immediately if you experience any sharp pain or unusual discomfort. Should you feel tired, sit and rest on the chair, and keep hydrated before and after your workout.
