Marina Goddu, the founder of Kinetica and Kineticube, is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer, physiotherapist, FISAF master trainer, and ex-professional athlete with 30+ years of experience in rehabilitative and fitness conditioning.
While competing in mid-distance running on a national level in Russia, Marina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching & Rehabilitation. She then went on to become a professional coach and a teacher in aerobics and fitness. Along the way, she acquired additional accreditations and national and international accolades.
Marina founded and owned a small chain of fitness studios Dinamika Club in Russia for 20 years. Ten years ago she started SmartFit, a boutique Pilates studio in Singapore equipped with her own Kinetica and Kineticube cable technology.
With athletic and training success also came chronic injuries. Utilizing her degree in physiology, certification in Pilates, and personal experience of rehabilitation and strengthening, she developed a progressive home workout plan for pain relief, injury recovery, vibrant living, and sports mastery. She also designed and built Kinetica and Kineticube. More than PT, going beyond Pilates and emphasizing whole-body health and fitness – with Kinetica Marina became her best self and now you can too.
