Welcome to our Lower Back Rehabilitation Exercises Program! Our program is designed to help you strengthen your lower back muscles and recover from chronic pain. The program is divided into three phases, each lasting one month and consisting of 24 sessions.

Phase 1: Foundation
During this phase, you will focus on building a strong foundation for your lower back muscles. You will start with basic exercises and gradually increase the intensity as you progress.
Each day, you will have a prescribed exercise list plan that will be demonstrated on video with detailed explanations. You will also receive guidance on proper form and technique to ensure you are performing each exercise safely and effectively.

Phase 2: Strength
In this phase, you will continue to build on the foundation you established in Phase 1. You will be introduced to more challenging exercises that target your lower back muscles from different angles.

Phase 3: Maintenance
The final phase of our program is focused on maintaining the strength and flexibility you have built in Phases 1 and 2. You will have a variety of exercises to choose from to help you continue to challenge your lower back muscles and prevent pain or injury.

We believe that our Lower Back Rehabilitation Exercises Program will help you achieve your fitness goals and reduce your risk of chronic pain or injury. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you every step of the way!
